Certificate of Excellence Application

For those that may be new to PTA, the Certificate of Excellence is an annual award we award to local units that apply and meet certain application requirements such as attending HCC PTA general membership meetings, keeping minutes and treasurers reports, paying HCC PTA dues, and more.

*PLEASE NOTE THIS YEAR WE ARE MAKING THE CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE APPLICATON MANDATORY as it is so easy to achieve!*

We will send out periodic reminders throughout the year so you can achieve all requirements.

Volunteer of the Year

This award is given to outstanding PTA volunteers in our schools and community. Know of an outstanding volunteer? Nominate them today! Submission deadline is March 1, 2025.
